Baseline Creative Group (“Baseline”, “we”, “us”) is a trading name registered in England and Wales. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data when you use this website and apply for the Baseline Growth System.

2. What data we collect

When you apply for the Baseline Growth System, we collect:

• Your name, business name, website, email address and phone number.
• Details about your business: what you sell, approximate monthly revenue, current advertising spend, and your goals.
• Whether you currently run Google Ads and any challenge you describe.
• Your readiness to invest, preferred start timing, and any notes you choose to add.
• Marketing consent, if you give it, to receive occasional updates.
• Booking information: the date and time you choose for a call, and the meeting link.
• Source and campaign information (such as UTM parameters) from the link you used to reach us.

We may also collect technical data automatically when you visit the site, such as your IP address, browser type, device, and pages visited. See our Cookie Policy for details.

3. Why we use your data

We use your personal data to:

• Review your application and assess whether the service is a good fit.
• Contact you about your application and arrange a call.
• Provide the Baseline Growth System if you become a client.
• Send you communications about your application or booking (this is necessary to take the steps you asked for, under Article 6(1)(b) of the UK GDPR).
• Send marketing updates, only if you have given separate consent (Article 6(1)(a)).
• Keep records for our legitimate business interests (Article 6(1)(f)), such as managing our customer relationships and improving our services.

4. Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the processors we use to run our business, including:

• Our customer relationship management (CRM) platform, where your application and booking are stored.
• Our calendar and booking provider, to schedule and confirm your call.
• Email and (where you have consented) SMS providers, to send you confirmation and reminders.
• Analytics and advertising platforms, where you have accepted cookies, to measure the performance of our marketing.

We may also disclose your data where required by law, regulation, or legal process.

5. International transfers

Some of our processors operate outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK GDPR’s adequacy regulations to protect your data.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep application and booking data for as long as needed to review your application, deliver the service, and handle any follow-up. If you do not become a client, we retain your data only for as long as is necessary for our legitimate business interests and then delete or anonymise it.
